Management
Malcolm Lithgow B.Eng B.App.Sc.
Managing Director, Software Engineer
Most of my twelve years in the IT industry have been related to systems programming, ranging from large-scale UNIX to embedded systems. My experience as a co-founder of DASCOM
not only gave me the opportunity to create Internet security software, but also exposed me to the trials and travails of growing an IT company. DASCOM proved to be successful, thanks to our great people and technology, and is now safely in IBM Tivoli
's hands.
DreamSpring is my second venture, and I'm enjoying using the skills and contacts, gathered through my years at DASCOM, in building DreamSpring. I hope to make DreamSpring even more innovative and successful than DASCOM.
As Managing Director and Chief Dreamer, my role is to lead and inspire DreamSpring in its mission. I cannot fail to forget that this mission can only be achieved if we all pay attention to the details. The details I am personally in charge of at this point include administration and engineering.
Our administration is completely networked and computerised, so my major responsibility is in supervision, training and integration of new systems.
Our engineering department uses sophisticated processes, integrating marketing and software development. Therefore my responsibilities include driving the creation and refinement of these processes, managing projects, and, of course, encouraging innovation and customer focus. As DreamSpring grows, I will increasingly focus on driving our strategic vision.

Mable Chung BA, MBA

I am responsible for the marketing department in DreamSpring. My work involves extensive market research to find out what customers want and how to best fulfill that through our new product development efforts. My focus is on developing and establishing DreamSpring in the world market, as well as providing strategic input on developing, promoting and marketing DreamSpring's products and services. My role includes the development and implementation of corporate infrastructure, with a major focus on marketing processes and integration.
My interest and experience in international marketing has accumulated over the years. I worked for multinational companies in Hong Kong and Japan, planning and implementing global marketing activities, as well as being involved in consulting and voluntary work in marketing for Australian organisations.
If you have any new product ideas, suggestions, advice or experience to share on marketing practices, product development or business management, please contact me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
