Welcome to our first newsletter for 2009. It's been a busy start to the year with many exciting developments.
DreamLife S60 Beta
DreamLife for S60 is now ready for the first stages of beta testing. We are looking for serious testers to apply. Any users simply looking for a first look at the application may be disappointed as this is an early beta. We invite everyone interested to apply by 29 March, 2009.
DreamLife S60 Sneak Peeks
The sneak peeks for DreamLife for S60 have been rolling out to subscribers over the last few weeks and are now available for all to view online. Check the website for a preview of DreamLife before its release.
DreamLife S60 on Nokia Touch
If you are thinking about or have a Nokia phone with a touch screen such as 5800 and the N97, you are in for a treat. Initial releases of DreamLife S60 are expected to support all S60 3rd Edition (FP1 & FP2) and S60 5th Edition devices. To find out which S60 edition your phone is using, go to http://www.s60.com/life/s60phones/browseDevices.do and click Editions in the left hand menu.
From UIQ to S60
DreamSpring's very own series of insights into smartphones and the industry has been running since late last year. The most recent is a series of articles exploring the differences in usability and functionality of UIQ3 and S60 phones. The entire series is available on the website.
We're Renovating Our Website
We're currently in the process of revamping dreamspring.com. The new website will be slicker, better integrated and will provide better avenues for downloading and purchasing our products. Keep an eye out for the new website and, as always, your feedback is welcome once the new site is up and running.
